Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Because many of our items are handmade, made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind, processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, or sales.

Any temporary changes to processing times will be clearly posted in the announcement banner on our homepage.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order before it is shipped. It does not include transit time.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Please note:

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.
  • Weather, holidays, and peak seasons may impact delivery times.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

The Lovely Violet Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier directly.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation.


International Orders (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
