Thank you so much for supporting The Lovely Violet Shop. Each crystal, stone, and handmade piece is carefully selected and packaged with care. Because many of our items are natural and/or one-of-a-kind, please review our policy below before purchasing.


All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. In the case of items damaged in transit or incorrect items received please refer to the section below titled: Items Damaged in Transit/Incorrect Item Received. 

By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Natural Variations

Crystals and stones are formed by nature and may include:

  • Inclusions
  • Internal fractures
  • Natural chips or growth marks
  • Variations in color, clarity, and shape

These characteristics are natural and are not considered defects.

Handmade decor and accessories may also have slight variations that reflect the handcrafted process.

Returns will not be accepted for natural variations in stones or handmade products.

Fragile Materials

Some minerals (including but not limited to selenite, calcite, fluorite, and carved pieces) are naturally soft or delicate.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery due to dropping, mishandling, water exposure, or normal wear.

Responsibility for the item transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.


Items Damaged in Transit/Incorrect Item Received 

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item please contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Clear photos of the original packaging, including the shipping box and label

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • A replacement (if available)
  • Or a refund to your original payment method

Resolutions are issued at our discretion.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
