Hi I'm Katie! I'm the creator of The Lovely Violet Shop.

I've always loved making things and when I found out about CO2 lasers I was hooked! With the help of my machine I started making home decor, fun earrings, and accessories out of wood and acrylic.

Then I thought, how can I combine this with one of my other favorite things: rocks? I set out to the Tucson Gem Show looking for stones and crystals that would work for engraving and ended up creating even more beautiful decor!

But of course while I was there I found all sorts of other rocks that (while they wouldn't be useful for laser engraving) I thought other crystals enthusiasts would love! 

In my shop you will find a mix of handmade treasures as well as rocks, crystals, and other decor. It's my goal to provide unique and beautiful pieces from reputable sources that are hand selected with care.
